Please note: supplier material costs change frequently, so actual pricing may differ from this base price list. Contact us for a current quote on your build.
Prices are base prices. Delivery is quoted separately based on distance and site access.
Standard Sheds
Every standard shed includes:
- Steel roof
- Board and batten siding
- One window
- House wrap
- Pressure-treated base with 6×6 beams
- Pressure-treated 2×6 floor joists
- Engineered trusses included with gable-roofed outbuildings
- Ventilated ridge cap

Insulated Buildings
Insulated buildings include a finished pine interior. Base price includes:
- Steel door
- One 48″x36″ thermal-paned vinyl window
- Steel roof
- Board and batten siding
- Pressure-treated enclosed floor system: 6×6 beams, 1/2″ PT underfloor, 2×6 PT joists at 16″ OC, 5/8″ subfloor
- Wall framing and trusses at 24″ OC standard (16″ OC optional)
- Ventilated roof system included in all insulated builds
- Standard insulation package: R10 rigid foam in floor, R14 Rockwool in walls and ceiling
- House wrap and vapour barrier included
- Upgrades to R38 available, including spray foam

Shell Packages
Shell packages include everything in the insulated building list except the R14 Rockwool, ventilated roof, vapour barrier, and pine interior finish. We can also insulate, vent, and vapour-barrier for you and leave the interior finish to you.

Electrical
Electrical service available, including ESA inspection certification. Typical install: 30–100 amp panel, 3 pot lights with switch, exterior light box with switch, 6 plugs. Custom layouts available.
