Insulated 4-Season Sheds — a shed you can work in all winter
Our insulated buildings are the same construction as our 4-season bunkies: R10 rigid foam in the floor, R14 Rockwool in walls and ceiling, house wrap and vapour barrier, a ventilated roof system, and a finished pine interior — with upgrades available up to R38, including spray foam. From 50 to 5,000 sq ft, we build for work and play. Smaller prefab structures are delivered complete; larger structures are built on site within 2 hours of Shelburne, ON. Do I need a permit for a shed in Ontario? In many Ontario townships, a small detached storage shed doesn’t need a building permit — but zoning rules and setbacks still apply, and sleeping in it changes the rules. Yes — that’s exactly what our insulated package is for: insulation in the floor, walls, and ceiling, vapour barrier, and a pine interior. Many customers heat them and work in them all winter. What sizes can I get? Standard and insulated sheds run 8 to 12 feet wide and up to 36 feet long (see prices above). Custom sizes are available — ask us about your lot and what you’re storing.
