With 7 foot walls, and 8 feet to the centre, the Algonquin is cozy and strong. Why not add a porch for morning coffee or a sheltered spot for your bbq? The Bancroft. Skillion or shed roof with 9 foot front wall, and 7 foot back wall. Lots of headroom in this model. Our Bancroft model can include a storage loft to add heaps of additional space. Our insulation packages make this so much more than a shed. Our build process: 6×6 pressure treated skids, pressure treated plywood underfloor, 2×6 floor joists, R10 rigid foam insulation, 5/8 plywood floor, board and batten pine exterior cladding, house wrap, 2×4 wall studs, R12-R14 batting insulation in walls and ceiling, vapour barrier, pine tongue and groove interior finish, with steel roofs only. Insulated steel entry doors, vinyl thermopane windows. Compare these complete 4 season features when choosing a building. There’s a lot going on here at Highland Outbuildings. You can also upgrade to the Taiga or Arctic packages. Ask about the features and pricing for these options. Built in a climate controlled facility, our buildings are delivered to your site, complete and ready for use. Ontario has changed their building code to allow storage buildings up to 160sqft without needing a building permit. This huge 8×20 is sure to swallow all of your yard care tools and toys! Bare sheds with steel roof, single wooden man door, double wooden barn doors, and one aluminum window start at $4895 for an 8×12. 10×16 model $6995. 12×24 $10495. Custom sizes available.
Insulated models with steel roof, steel door, one double paned window and interior pine finish start at $7895 for an 8×12. 10×16 $11395. 12×24 $17695. Custom sizes available.
We offer windows in the following sizes: 24”x36”, 36”x48”, 48”x48”. Custom orders for black windows available.
We offer steel doors in the following sizes: 32”, 34”, 36”. Solid or windowed French doors are available. Insulated wooden doors available by special request. Sorry we do not offer roll up or sliding doors at this time.
