Our Story

Highland Outbuildings is a family-run company building bunkies, cabins, and outbuildings right here in Ontario — many of them fully insulated for four-season use. Our buildings are Mennonite-built — crafted with care, solid materials, and the kind of attention to detail that only comes from people who take real pride in their work.

We started with a simple idea: a bunkie should be more than a shed with a bed. It should be a warm, comfortable place you can use all year — a guest cabin, a home office, a quiet retreat at the lake. That’s why many of our buildings are fully insulated for four-season use, from 50 to 500 square feet, and delivered to your property fully assembled. No kits, no weekends lost to construction — just a finished building, ready to enjoy.

The company is owned and operated by Christian and Jenn Walsh. You can see our work in person at our model site, hosted at Bradford Greenhouses, 4346 Highway 90 in Springwater, Ontario — tours are by appointment, so just call or text to book a visit.
